mixed feelings about this hotel
bathroom doorless slow elevator
the free minibar proved acceptable. it did contain drinks.
I discovered a problem immediately upon entering my room. the bathroom lacked a door. That's quite an architectural choice. also, the elevator seemed to operate at a snail's pace. Considerable waiting times were normal.

a nice stay near viktualienmarkt
great location helpful staff rooftop bar clean room
the location was excellent. i walked to the viktualienmarkt in a minute. the helpful staff printed some important documents for me quickly. the rooftop bar provided complimentary prosecco, it had nice views too. my room was very clean, and the bathroom was modern.
the elevator was sometimes slow due to traffic for the rooftop terrace. it meant a longer wait to reach my floor. the key card also needed to be re-activated a few times. this required a visit to the front desk.

The hotel offers a rooftop bar, it features complimentary prosecco. many restaurants are nearby. Cotidiano is only 50 meters away and offers breakfast. al teatro eiscafe provides excellent ice cream next to the hotel.

The staff looked after me well. A free minibar was available, it was helpful after my flight. The roof terrace offered a gorgeous view. A nice breakfast came with a good variety.
The hotel was noisy, I could hear doors slamming in the corridors and woke up every morning early.

totally amazing stay!
super clean room cozy bed blissful shower
the location is stellar, i loved it! the team members were super friendly and helpful, i really liked them. my room was super clean, which i always appreciate, and the bed was so cozy. that shower was pure bliss, a real treat after a long day exploring the area.
the elevators were a bit slow sometimes! it was a minor thing, though.

the location is very central near shops, public transport and main attractions. it was super easy to get around! the immediate area surrounding the hotel safety was good. this is definitely an ideal spot for exploring.
